2. Information we collect

• Information you provide, such as your name, email address, business type, product stage, audience description, buyer access, goals, and other answers submitted through the Navigator.
• The Express GTM Plan or other output generated from your answers.
• Basic technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, campaign parameters, page events, timestamps, and cookies or similar storage needed for security, attribution, and site operation.
• Messages you send to us.

Please do not submit passwords, payment information, government identifiers, health data, or confidential information belonging to another person or business.

3. How we use information

• To save your answers, generate and display your requested plan, and email you a copy.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Plan and Navigator.
• To understand aggregate usage and acquisition performance.
• To respond to requests and comply with applicable law.
• To send follow-up information about the challenge or community when permitted; marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe.

4. AI-generated output

Your submitted business information may be processed by AI systems to create a personalized working hypothesis. The output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not a prediction, guarantee, or substitute for professional advice or real buyer evidence. Do not include sensitive or confidential data in your answers.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for the AXL form and contact system, hosting and infrastructure, AI text generation, email delivery, security, and analytics. They may process information only to provide those services to us, subject to their contracts and applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share your Navigator answers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the requested plan, operate and improve the experience, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or object to or restrict certain processing, subject to applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Send requests to info@axl.tech. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and will provide an appeal path when required by law.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not consistently standardized. Where legally required and technically supported, we honor recognized opt-out signals. You can also limit cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the Navigator may not work correctly.

8. International visitors

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your country.

The Plan and Navigator are intended for adults acting in a business or professional capacity and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
