1. Operator and acceptance

The Plan is operated by Dmitry Yurchenko, sole proprietor, 302 Druid Rd W, Clearwater, FL 33756, United States. By using the Plan or submitting the Navigator, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit the Navigator.

2. Free educational tool

The Plan, public scoreboard, Navigator, and generated output are provided free of charge for educational, informational, and planning purposes. They are not an offer to sell an investment, franchise, employment opportunity, product, or service. Access to a separate challenge, community, or future paid offer, if any, will be governed by separate terms presented before enrollment or purchase.

3. AI-generated working hypothesis

Navigator output is created using automated and AI-assisted systems from the information you submit. It is a working hypothesis, not a prediction, guarantee, or verified business plan. AI can omit context, make mistakes, or produce unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for checking assumptions against customer evidence and using your own judgment.

4. No professional advice or promised results

The Plan does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Examples, targets, scoreboards, and Dmitry’s results are personal operating information—not typical, promised, or expected participant results. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide information you have the right to use and do not submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, or third-party personal data.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security, or misuse the Plan or its systems.
• Evaluate generated suggestions before acting and comply with laws, platform rules, contracts, and professional obligations that apply to you.
• Do not represent the generated output as independently verified by Dmitry Yurchenko or AXL.

6. Content and permitted use

You may use and adapt your generated plan for your own business. The page design, frameworks, explanatory content, branding, and software remain owned by their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to the public Plan, but may not reproduce or commercially resell the site or framework as your own product without written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The Plan relies on third-party infrastructure, AI, email, analytics, and platform services and may link to other websites. Their availability and practices are outside our control and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the free Plan, Navigator, scoreboard, or generated output at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date on this page.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Plan and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dmitry Yurchenko will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on the Plan, Navigator, AI output, email, or linked services. Because the experience is free, aggregate liability for claims relating to it will not exceed US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not required by law to be heard elsewhere will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Pinellas County, Florida.
